How does usher cologne smell

Poppinj Show all reviews by Poppinj. In a blind test I would swear this was a Creed perfume! All the notes are there! Surprisingly good for a celebrity fragrance and good value for the money, although the longevity is a tad on the weak side OK this is really nice, just think of creed green Irish tweed and you will have an idea what this smells like.

Longevity is lacking but you could say that about a lot of the nice colognes. The scent has passion and energy. USHER HE is perfect for the sexy, modern, energetic and urbanite man who can wear a clean and crisp fragrance with confidence.

It is masculine but in an elegant way. Fresh and crisp top notes of melon and pineapple meet with a middle blend of pepper and violet leaf. The dry down is masculine. Totally smells lovely from start to finish.

If you are looking for a fragrance with cute composition who you get compliments of the people especially ladies, this is for you. Good on my skin. Sailor Dave Show all reviews by Sailor Dave. My body chemistry gives me a very nice incense like smell after dry down. For the price I'll keep this one!

Smells awsome, is where i think the age group would be, it's strong and lasts long. What is all the hate about? This stuff smells amazing, i put some on last night and i could still smell it the next morning and it projects great.

Pros: strong, smells awsome, lasts long. Cons: smells too good and will get addicting". Too sweet and artificial for me. Smells more like a women's fragrance. I guess it has hit the bottom of the barrel. Along with Exceptional, Fragrancenet is now giving samples of Usher with their orders.

When a frag gets to that level, it's time to wrap it up. Awful fragrance. Smells very similar to Adidas , but is a ladder up on the rung of "body sprays. I can't abide the current fruity-sweet trend, so I can't even get past the opening, which is a strong and artificial version of that accord. My wife describes this as "walking past the perfume counter at Macy's", or an artifical mess.

I suppose it might be acceptable to the under set, but there must be must better options, even for the youngsters. Perfectly serviceable Green Irish Tweed knock off. Dirt cheap, decent projection. Fruity and inoffensive. A very good fragrance for its price.

Capone Show all reviews by Capone. I have done some research, asking various young women about male scents and almost all of them loved usher, yet its a kinda fresh and clean unisex that many men dont care to wear.

Usher has the great quality that it uses various other fruity notes instead of citrus and has a nice sweet woodsy freshness that is actually quite appealing in the drydown, and UR also has that quality to it.

This is honestly the one fragrance that will attract women and i personally know this because u this is MUCH more popular with women than the people on this site, who are predominantly male and prefer more interesting scents, but usher is perfect the way it is.

I used to not like it as much but it grew on me and since it is now highly discounted it gave me a whole new view of this scent thumbs up. I am not biased against celebrity colognes, but this one is deceptive. The top notes during the first 30 minutes smell very nice, actually very impressive. It is a distinguished scent, refreshing, perhaps a little fruity and a little feminine, but still masculine. The dry down is what caused disappointment. After an hour of use, it has a generic artificial smell.

It is a shame because if the drydown was exactly like the opening, I would have given it maybe an 8 which is a rating I rarely give out. Testers, especially in this case can trick you. Many customers probably buy this because of the scent they enjoyed when testing it, not knowing that when it dries down, it turns into Azzaro Chrome.

DGov24 Show all reviews by DGov I picked this one up last year, blind buy, fell in LOVE with it, then hated it, then fell in love with it again.

However, smelling this one on other people, it's other-worldly, amazing stuff. Surprising for something coming from "Usher".. I made it my signature scent for a few months, being as how I found a 3. Great scent for someone in High School, IF, it works well with your skin.. DutchSchwag Show all reviews by DutchSchwag. A sweet lavender and fruit fragrance that packs an opening punch but then tends to settle close to the skin, Usher is more tolerable and better blended than its predecessor UR but seems quite bland in the overall bigger picture of things.

Falls very much in line with the safe modern fragrances of the big export houses, which rely more on blind buys and thus tend to churn out these frags relying more on marketing, celebrity affiliation and packaging to sell.

Seems to have found a niche as the most accessible of all the fragrances in the Usher triad for men. There is a wide range of influences here, suede, lavender, fruits and a tint of floral. Safe, clean and versatile, it does not turn heads but it seems to function better in isolation or smaller rooms.

Not even close to essential, but some men could find this to be a quality signature scent, it has that capability with the right skin. Profoundly average. It would be a sin to pay full price for this. It's nice and clean, not much else to say. It's really only worth buying if yo can both find it cheap and don't really like wearing cologne, in which case why buy it? PerfumeCollector Show all reviews by PerfumeCollector.

The name of this fragrance should be "Generic", at least is better than VIP, but that does not mean is good. It does not have any distinguishable quality on it, it could be one of the thousands of other fragrances that come and go without leaving a mark. I bet it will be gone in a couple of years. I bought all three Usher fragrances together, and frankly, I was expecting something better, as I said, VIP stinks, this one is tolerable, but with no "luster" if you know what I mean.

The best of the three is UR, but not outstanding either. Usher: what a dissapoinment. Revisiting Usher's first men's release, now after 10 years since I last smelled it. On the plus side of things, it hasn't changed much, doesn't seem like it underwent any sort of facelift or reformulation.

Feminine fragrance is important to Usher. He may be known for his enviable singing and dancing skills, but Usher is also quite the businessman.

Between the years and Usher has released eight fragrances. Its middle and base notes include white pepper, lavender, vetiver, violet, suede, and Guaiac wood. Although it is listed as a unisex candle, it reportedly has a very masculine smell due to its scents of Verbena, melon, Guaiac wood, musk, and suede.

Usher is not the only celebrity to have branched out into the scented candle market. Home Usher. What Cologne Does Usher Wear?
